These trailers are designed with a small to medium butcher shop in mind.  One of the biggest problems Butchers face today is getting the Product to their shop for processing. Without a kill site next to butcher shop it is almost impossible to efficiently get enough product in. 

These units are compact and efficient.  Large enough to get the job done but small enough for a ¾ ton pickup.   These unit have 2 powerfull winches on the rear to make your job 100% easier

One boom is our Roof Mounted Boom with a snatch block pulley to allow you to drag a beef from any direction.  Positiond directly in the middle of the rear door it also holds the rail extension

The other Boom is a corner mounted swinging boom.  It is your second hand when it comes to lifting and processing your animals.  To can swing 200 dregrees and lock into place. As you splint the carcus or quarter the animal this second winch will hold the other half.  It also is great for unloading from trailer rail to you own butcher rail.

The trailer works together to make your dreams come true when it comes to mobile slaughter.  Everything you need to right inside your trailer. Power from the Commercial Honda Generator, Hot water from your 200 gallon water trank, pump and tankless on demad water heater.  Swing boom and Roof mounted boom to get the animals in the air cleaned and washed off.  Stainless steel rollers on the rail to hange you carcuses and a 12,000 btu refreigeration unit to cool those animals down to 35 degrees.
